My Hits and Misses

Hits:

1. Research Project
• The topic of my research was on WWII and the Cold War. This was one of the most profound hits of my English career. This is because I really did enjoy the topic that I was writing on. 
2. Blog Posts
• I consider this to be another large hit for the English to Career. I found that most of the blog responses naturally came to my mind. This allowed me to write posts that were coherent and met their purpose efficiently and effectively. 
3. PH Writing 
• I believe that the PH writing was a hit because of the knowledge that I had before even reading the book. This allowed me to see the context of PH in a more thorough way. This in turn allowed for better writing. 

Misses:

1. Personal Narrative
• The personal narrative was largely a success in my mind. However, I still believe that I could have still done better in the aspect of how I used vivid details. Adding more of these details would allow for a richer experience. 
2. Literary Analysis of LOTF
• The Literary Analysis of LOTF was one of the weakest pieces of writing that I have done for English. I find the root problem of my poor writing to be the thesis that I wrote. Looking back now, I probably could of chosen a better thesis and topic to write on that pertained to LOTF. 
3. ATDPTI Discussion Boards
• I generally enjoyed participating on the discussion boards. One of my posts in particular, however, was a bit off topic. That's why I believe that this was one of my misses of the year.
